Submission Procedure

· Carefully review our Guidelines and Selection Criteria to ensure your program aligns with the mission and goals of Wavedance Fund.

· Fill out our Expression of Interest Form (see MENU), write a single-page narrative, and follow instructions to submit.

· Soon after we receive your Expression of Interest Form, we will contact you to let you know if your organization is eligible to apply for a grant, or to request additional information.

At this stage, we may also ask to schedule a phone call, virtual meeting or on-site visit in order to better understand your proposal.

· If we determine you are eligible to apply for a Wavedance Fund grant, we will send you Grant Application Instructions.

Please note:

Expression of Interest Forms received after the deadline will not be considered. Please respect the timeline and process.

Grants Awarded

Through 2025, Wavedance has contributed grants and donations exceeding $7.5M. Some grants were awarded to organizations that responded to RFPs, while others were awarded to organizations that we approached directly. Our funding last year supported numerous organizations that enhance outcomes for children at risk, primarily in northern Nevada.

Currently accepting Expressions of Interest through August 15, 2026 deadline.

Our grant application process is by invitation only. We have adopted this process so that fewer organizations will need to expend valuable time and resources in preparing complete grant applications.

Applying for a Wavedance grant will involve two steps:

1. Submit an Expression of Interest Form

2. If you are selected to apply, submit a complete Grant Application
